The duck foie mousse with truffle is a paste (emulsion) based on fatty liver of crushed duck and truffle, subjected to heat treatment and pressure to obtain a preserves. It is very appetizing for the contrast of textures between the mousse and the truffle and for its peculiar truffled flavor. This product is part of the "Tierra de Sabor" guarantee mark.
